The price includes the cost of the raw material, the cost of making it, the other incidental expenses which are incurred during the making of the piece.

The price of the jewllery piece should be also according to the piece and the materials used. If the piece is made in bulk then the price will be definitely lesser than the exclusive piece made. The exclusive piece will be one of its kind and even though the raw material used will be the same as the bulk piece still the price will be higher.

The price can also depend on the client you are catering to the common crowd will be less pricey but if you have a clientele who are celebrities, or known in the social circle you can price your pieces higher and can sell it.

The other part to bear in mind is that you cannot over price the piece or else it will not be sold and your main aim is to sell the pieces. If you are selling wholesale you will need to price it accordingly where you are giving some margin to the distributors.

So, the first time you may have some problems in pricing the piece but later it will be easier to judge the buyer and you can sell and price your jewellery accordingly
